Founded by a team based in the Netherlands, our creative direction is driven by a passion for Scandinavian style—clean cuts, neutral palettes, and functional versatility. We take the refined simplicity of Danish fashion and combine it with a pragmatic, direct-to-consumer approach.

While our brand vision and operations originate in the Netherlands, our community is global: we proudly package and ship our fashion collections to style-conscious customers across the Netherlands, Denmark, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and beyond.

How We Operate

Olson Gray is run from the Netherlands by Feedflow, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 88470520. Our office in Assen handles design, customer support and returns administration.

We work directly with specialised textile and clothing manufacturers in Asia, and our orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Ningbo, China. That partnership is why we can offer free tracked delivery with all duties and taxes prepaid, without a minimum order value.

Returns from the United Kingdom can be sent to our UK return address in London, which forwards parcels on to our processing facility. Returns from the Netherlands, Denmark, the United States and Canada are sent directly to that facility. Whichever country you order from, email info@olsongray.com first and we will send you an RMA code and the exact address to use.
