By browsing our website, purchasing our collections, or using our services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), alongside all associated operational policies, privacy guidelines, and notices referenced across our platform.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you express your full agreement with these provisions. 1. Platform Access, Eligibility & Order Modifications

By utilizing our site, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you have granted authorization for your minor dependents to navigate this platform.

• Garments, accessories, and services provided by Olson Gray may not be used for illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized commercial resale activities.
• Attempting to transmit malicious software, viruses, scraping bots, or harmful code is strictly forbidden.
• Daily Order Modification Cut-Off: Orders can be modified or canceled free of charge up to 8:00 PM CET/CEST (20:00) on the day of ordering. After 8:00 PM CET/CEST, orders are automatically transferred to our fulfillment center for dispatch. If an order enters dispatch, EU/UK customers retain full statutory rights to cancel upon receipt of the goods.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately present the colors, materials, textures, and details of our fashion collections. However:

• Color Display: Actual garment colors depend on your monitor, device calibration, and ambient lighting conditions. We cannot guarantee your device display will be 100% exact.
• Sizing & Fit: Customers are encouraged to consult our size guides prior to purchasing. Minor manufacturing tolerances in fabric cuts may occur.
• Inventory Limits: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any apparel line or limit order quantities per customer or credit card.

All visual branding, garment photography, editorial copy, product graphics, brand names, and website layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of Olson Gray / Feedflow or its content licensors. Access to our storefront is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing, copying, re-selling, or redistributing any materials or designs without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing, Billing & Order Verification

Prices listed on our storefront are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us (e.g., suspected fraud or unauthorized resale). In the event of a genuine pricing or typographic error on a listing, we hold the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

6. International Deliveries & Customs (DDP Terms)

Olson Gray ships to the Netherlands, Denmark, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. We do not currently accept orders from other countries. Deliveries to supported markets are processed on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where applicable. Applicable sales taxes, VAT, and customs duties are included at checkout or covered by us, ensuring customers face no unexpected import customs charges upon parcel delivery.

7. Defective Goods & Statutory Consumer Warranties

Nothing in these Terms restricts or excludes your statutory legal warranty rights for defective or non-conforming merchandise:

• EU Consumers: Benefit from a minimum 2-year statutory legal warranty for goods that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
• UK Consumers: Benefit from legal remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact info@olsongray.com with order details and photographic evidence. Upon verification, Olson Gray will provide a prepaid return option and issue a free replacement or full refund.

• For any unlawful or unauthorized commercial purpose;
• To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts;
